Brain stimulation 'not a magic pill'

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be much cleverer than you are?

Researchers at Oxford University have developed a new brain stimulation technique that could make us all much smarter.

Science correspondent Tom Feilden reports that "Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation" is raising important ethical questions about what it means to be human.

And Barbara Sahakian, a professor at Cambridge University specialising in neuroscience and neuroethics, explains why she is cautious about the the use of such a technique.
