Set pension age 'not fair'

MPs will today debate whether the age at which men and women receive the state pension should be equalised to 65 by 2018, before raising it to 66 two years later.

Sarah Harper, professor of gerontology at Oxford University and director of the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing, explains a better way to set pensions.
