This event is co-hosted by the Oxford Martin School and the Oxford Poverty & Human Development Initiative (OPHI).

Monitoring Global Poverty, the report of the Commission on Global Poverty chaired by Sir Tony Atkinson, will be launched on Friday 4 November at the Oxford Martin School. The Commission was set up by the World Bank’s Chief Economist to advise the World Bank on “how to measure and monitor global poverty” in monetary and non-monetary domains.

Tony Atkinson will present the Report and its Recommendations, while Panelists will draw out points of mention.
