Matthew is the Strategy and Engagement Officer for the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre based in the Oxford Martin School. Matthew is responsible for developing regional networks and building on existing relationships of the Capacity Centre and internationally to facilitate the upscaling of the Capacity Centre’s reach and impact.

Matthew graduated from Monash University, Australia in 2016 with a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Trade with a focus on international development issues. He has worked in both the private and public sector in Australia and the United Kingdom in various roles including capacity building in higher education outreach and access, program development, business development, and professional services. Matthew has experience working with Public and Private sector organisations and government representatives in the Pacific, East Asia, South-East Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
