Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Jangho is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow for the Oxford Martin Programme on Technological and Economic Change at the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford. He received his PhD in economics from the New School for Social Research in January 2018 under the supervision of Professor Duncan Foley. His dissertation consists of three papers that use the notion of statistical equilibrium to generalize modern models of induced technical change stemming from von Weizsäcker (1964) and Kennedy (1964). 

Jangho's main research fields are the Economics of Technical Change and Economic Growth; Information and Economics; and Bayesian Econometrics. He is particularly interested in innovation frontier estimation methods, firm-level productivity analysis, and input-output analysis.
