Angelos Theodorakopoulos is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Oxford Martin Programme on Technological and Economic Change. He holds a BSc in Economics from University of Patras (Greece), an MSc in Economics from London School of Economics (UK), and a PhD in Economics from Ghent University (Belgium) during which he spent a semester on a research stay at London School of Economics (UK).
Before joining the programme at the Oxford Martin School, he was a Post-doctoral researcher at KU Leuven (Belgium) where he was involved in various funded research projects. Angelos’ main research interests include technological change, productivity, industrial organization and international economics. He is currently an academic visitor at the Bank of England, has ongoing projects at the National Bank of Belgium, and served as consultant at the World Bank.
