Stavros Poupakis is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Oxford Martin Programme on Technological and Economic Change.
Stavros joined Oxford Martin School from the Department of Economics at UCL, where he was a postdoctoral research associate. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Essex, after earning a masters in Statistics and one in Policy Analysis. Stavros is an applied microeconomist working on technological change, networks, household behaviour, and firm-level productivity. He also has an interest in Health Economics where he has published extensively and continues to be active. Apart from his academic interests, Stavros has also worked for several organizations, such as the Healthy Weight Partnership, the World Bank, and the OECD.
