Speaker: Professor John Tasioulas, Quain Professor of Jurisprudence, Faculty of Laws, University College London

Summary: Professor John Tasioulas will discuss the idea of global justice in relation to health, with special emphasis on the human right to health. He will address some problems about the individuation of that right, the specification of its content, its relation to the common good and considerations bearing on its legalisation.
