A lecture on the interconnection between public international computer networks and public international law with use of Henrik Spang-Hanssen's Six Stepping Stones with comments, including Spang-Hanssen's conclusions that traditional principles of jurisdiction do not properly work in Cyberspace. He has proposed a new division of jurisdictional rules in his books: Public International Computer Network Law Issues (2006) and Cyberspace and International Law on Jurisdiction (2004).
