As the world marks the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the high-profile rememberance events draw to a close, this panel discussion reflects on the lasting impact of these shocking attacks in terms of the new ethical, politcial and legal landscape brought about by the 'War on Terror' and conflict in Afghanistan.
