Speaker: Dr James Martin, Founder of the Oxford Martin School and founder of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, which is the largest nongovernmental organization in the world devoted exclusively to research and training to stop the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
