In the Swedish Arctic with King Carl XVI

At the invitation of His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Professor Ian Goldin, the Director of the Oxford Martin School, attended a Royal Colloquium at the Swedish Arctic Polar Research Station, 300km North of the Arctic Circle. HRH the King of Sweden hosted a small group of leading climate and other experts at the meeting from 21-23 May to discuss the future of the Arctic. The polar visit was concluded with a dinner at the Royal Palace in Stockholm where the contents of a report written by the group was discussed.
