Allison deVries joined the Oxford Martin School in August 2024 as a Sprint Coordinator for the Agile Initiative.

Allison has a background in project management for development and conservation NGOs, as well as interdisciplinary research management in the UK HEI sector. She has supported operations in challenging contexts such as as southern Myanmar and the off-grid forests of Madagascar. She’s passionate about solving ‘wicked’ problems, and creating an enabling environment for thinking differently.

Allison has a MMS in Fisheries Resource Management from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
