Anna Minarik

Programme Manager, Oxford Martin School Programme on Global Epilepsy

Anna Minarik is the Programme Manager for the Oxford Martin School Programme on Global Epilepsy, based in the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences. She coordinates international collaborations to advance epilepsy research and improve access to care in resource-limited settings.
 

With a background in Neuroscience and Global Health, Anna has experience in research coordination, ethics and regulatory compliance and capacity-building initiatives. She has worked across multiple countries, supporting projects that integrate clinical research with local healthcare systems.
 

Previously, she helped co-found the Mfuwe Epilepsy Foundation, where she was involved epilepsy outreach missions and supported clinical teams in rural Zambia. She also helped foster international collaborations while working in the Bonn Working Group on Global Epileptology. Passionate about equitable healthcare solutions, Anna is committed to bridging gaps in neurological care worldwide.
