Annie is a Research Assistant to the Changing Global Orders Programme. She is a DPhil in International Relations candidate at Nuffield College, University of Oxford, researching China's diplomatic engagement in the League of Nations and China's contestation of international order. She is from Toronto, Canada.

Prior to the DPhil, she received a MPhil in International Relations with distinction at Oxford, and a BA in International Relations and in History from the University of Pennsylvania. She also previously worked as an advisor to Canada’s Ambassador for Women, Peace and Security.
