Carolin Weisser Harris

As the Lead International Operations at the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre, Carolin is responsible for the engagement with the stakeholders of the GCSCC, and the coordination of the deployment of the CMM with the strategic partners. She is also involved in the management and development of CYBIL, the Cyber Capacity Knowledge Portal, in partnership with the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise and its knowledge partners:

Previously, Carolin was an account manager in the German advertising industry before working as a communications consultant in Europe and Africa. She developed integrated marketing communications strategies for the private and public sector, and implemented off- and online projects for international brands and development organisations. In 2014, she completed a Master's degree in Media, Communication and Development at the London School of Economics (LSE), focusing on Internet Governance and ICT policy. She was also a fellow of EuroSSIG, the European Summer School on Internet Governance.
