Research Assistant
I am a Research Assistant working within the Health Behaviours work package of the Livestock, Environment and People (LEAP) project. I support the development and testing of behavioural interventions to encourage people to reduce their meat consumption. Many of these interventions will run in supermarket and worksite cafeteria settings with an aim to support customers to make healthier, more environmentally sustainable, food choices.
I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Human Nutrition and two years' nutrition experience within the food sector (M&S) and non-profit (British Nutrition Foundation) environments.
