She joined the Oxford Martin School as a Pre-Doctoral Research Assistant in October 2023, where she collaborated with Dr Christian Meyer, Dr Morgan Hardy, and Dr Gisella Kagy on a data collection project from July 2023 to September 2023.

Prior to joining the programme, she held the role of Research Program Associate at Vassar College, where she gained valuable research experience. Her academic journey began at New York University Abu Dhabi, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Studies and Natural Sciences. During her undergraduate years, she accumulated over two years of research assistantship experience, with a focus on labor economics alongside Dr. Wifag Adnan.

Additionally, she worked with the Ethiopian Economics Association as a Research Assistant, collaborating with experienced researchers for an extended period. Her future plans include pursuing a graduate program that integrates data analytics and economics.
