Dr Asha Kaur
Senior Researcher, Sustainable Healthy Food Group
Dr Asha Kaur is a senior researcher in the Sustainable Healthy Food Group, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences.
Her research examines food prices and marketing, dietary guidelines, and population-level health
modelling. She has been awarded several fellowships by the University of Oxford and
leads work packages on multiple projects funded by the National Institute for Health and
Care Research. Asha is dedicated to the development of emerging researchers through
teaching and supervision and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Asha will lead on the governance of the Chellaram Scholars programme.
