Nihan Akhan Kilic is a postdoctoral researcher for the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Work at the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford.

She obtained her PhD from the European University Institute. Her research explores areas where innovation intersects with firm dynamics. Moreover, her research actively investigates the productivity of firms, the adoption of digital technologies within them, and the influence of policies on shaping their responses.
