Dr Victoria Ives-Deliperi
Dr Ives-Deliperi's primary areas of training and experience are clinical neuropsychology and functional neuroimaging.
Following completing post-doctoral research involving functional neuroimaging, Dr Ives-Deliperi has worked primarily in clinical practice conducting pre-surgical neuropsychological assessments and functional brain mapping using functional MRI and extra- and intra-operative electrocortical stimulation mapping (ECSM) in epilepsy patients.
Dr Ives-Deliperi is based in an epilepsy unit at a private hospital in Cape Town and is also a research fellow in the Neuroscience Institute at the University of Cape Town (UCT), lecturing and conducting research on the neuropsychology of epilepsy. Dr Ives-Deliperi belongs to the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) neuropsychology task force and am a member of the epilepsy working group of the International Enhanced NeuroImaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis (ENIGMA) Consortium.
