Fredrick holds a diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and is particularly interested in developing knowledge of neurology/epilepsy and basic care while fostering innovation. In addition, he actively contributes to providing comprehensive clinical treatment and conducting EEG testing to patients at the neuro-assessment clinic.

Fredrick piloted and validated the Epilepsy Diagnostic Companion and supervises data collection for the survey of all epilepsies in Kilifi. He leads patient data entry the Epilepsy Network database (EpiNet); a dataset that will be used to create registries of epileptic patients globally.
