MV Gule is a Physician and Neurologist trained and working at Groote Schuur Hospital. He is an Epilepsy fellow with the UCT Neurosciences Institute.

He has been involved with multiple aspects of the Epilepsy Program, including Electroencephalography, managing the Treatment of Refractory Epilepsy and helping develop the resurgent adult Epilepsy Surgery service.

However, his principal interests are improving epilepsy awareness education and addressing the international "Epilepsy Diagnostic and Treatment Gap."
