Shicheng is a Researcher on the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Development at the University of Oxford.

He holds an MSc in Economics specialising in Applied Economic Analysis from the Stockholm School of Economics. His research interest lies in applied microeconomics, especially around socioeconomic issues about environment, labour and gender.
