Stephanie Perrin (she/her) joined the Oxford Martin School in January 2023 as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer for the Agile Initiative.

Steph plays a key role in shaping and delivering plans to strengthen EDI across Agile’s research, capacity development, outreach, and communications. Steph has over eight years of experience in international and community development and holds a master’s degree in international studies from Simon Fraser University.
