Valentina Caldart

Researcher at World Fish

Valentina is the data lead on the Oxford Martin Programme on Food Sustainability Analytics programme.

She is employed by World Fish which is part of CGIAR. She earned a Master’s Degree in Science of Nutrition at University of Pisa. After graduation she worked as a food scientist for a start-up producing oat milk and volunteered for a project aimed on raising awareness about food sustainability. During these experiences, she became interested in the relationship between food production and environmental issues.
