Professor Myles Allen, Co-Director of the Oxford Martin Programme on Resource Stewardship, discusses the role of man-made climate change in recent extreme weather events at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly 2014 in Vienna. Professor Allen was one of the authors of the Working Group I report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's Fifth Assessment, which was released in September 2013.
