Summary: Journalists have recently been discussing how bosses are paid. How high does pay have to be to attract talent? What sort of structure should pay packages have? Is corporate governance broken?

These complex questions can only be properly answered by experts, so EconSoc is hosting an interdisciplinary panel of distinguished thinkers on executive pay to present and discuss their views.
