Speaker: Burcu Ozdemir, Oxford Institute of Population Ageing,

Biography: Burcu has worked as a project coordinator for a non-profit research institute in Turkey and played an active role in researching, drafting, coordination, management, monitoring and reporting of the many rural development projects. She also worked as a consultant providing research and communication assistance in drafting project proposals on the issues of adoption of EU acquis, regional development, civil society and social dialogue, and public health in scope of EU financial and technical assistance programs to candidate countries.

She is also a member of Graduate Common Room (GCR) in Green Templeton College and the Vice-President of Oxford University Turkish Society (OUTS).
