Summary: Decisions that will shape our information societies for decades are being made today - but not where you might expect. Rather than the White House or Silicon Valley, look to Fort Meade in Maryland and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva for the source of policies that will have the biggest impact on global privacy, security and innovation.
