In less than two decades, the Internet has revolutionised communication and very few of us can imagine life without it. It has given rise to a connected world with fewer barriers. Technology, business and consumer behaviour are all changing fast, with the web playing a key role in that change.

So what are the biggest trends that the Internet is driving? What future developments can we expect to see take the internet by storm in the next few decades? And what can organisations do to innovate and benefit from change. David Black, Google’s Managing Director of Branding, gives his perspective working at one of the world's most famous and innovative companies.
