Emily coordinates the HESTIA programme between the Oxford Martin School and Department of Biology.

Emily is a cultural geographer with an interest in furthering discourse between the humanities, social and life sciences. She holds an MSc with Distinction in Environment, Politics and Society from University College London, where her postgraduate research embodied a phenomenological study of the modern inhabitants of St Kilda, Scotland. She is interested in how people experience and engage with the non-human world.
