Gemma is Programme Manager for the Oxford Martin School Programme on the Future of Cooling. She also works as Senior Research Manager in Electrical Engineering in the Department of Engineering Science at Oxford.

Gemma has a background in research and project management. She holds a PhD in Archaeology, History and English from the University of Southampton and previously worked as a PDRA in Medieval Archaeology at the University of Reading.
