This is a joint conference hosted by the International Migration Institute, an Oxford Martin School Institute, the French Development Agency, the World Bank, and the Centre for Global Development
The conference is devoted to investigating ways in which international migration affects economic and social changes in developing countries. Possible topics include the effects of migration on poverty, inequality, and human capital formation in developing countries, diaspora externalities, remittances, brain drain, migration and institutional/technological change.
